Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. General Policy
Professional service fees attributable to work already commenced or performed are generally nonrefundable, except where law or a written agreement provides otherwise. Paying in advance does not automatically mean the full amount is earned.
2. Before Work Begins
If cancellation occurs before work begins, RBSG will assess lawful, separately disclosed reservation charges and authorized nonrecoverable third-party costs. Unearned prepaid funds will be returned where required by law or the agreement.
3. After Work Begins
Documented completed consulting, research, website development, educational sessions and administrative coordination are generally earned. For partially completed engagements, RBSG reconciles earned fees, authorized expenses and any remaining unearned balance.
4. Project Deposits
Deposits are credited toward the agreed total project price. Earned work and properly disclosed nonrecoverable expenses may be deducted on cancellation to the extent lawful. Any remaining unearned funds are handled under the agreement and governing law.
5. Appointment Notice
Please request cancellation or rescheduling at least 48 hours before a scheduled appointment. Late or no-show charges apply only if clearly disclosed and agreed to in advance and lawful.
6. Requesting Review
Email info@relevantbizgroup.com with the client name, purchased service, transaction date and reason for the request. RBSG ordinarily aims to respond within ten business days after sufficient information is received. Approved refunds generally return through the original payment channel, subject to processor timing.
7. Financing and Consumer Rights
For eligible Buy Now, Pay Later transactions, the financing provider determines how approved refunds affect installments. Nothing in this policy limits nonwaivable refund, cancellation, chargeback or other statutory rights.
