RELEVANT BUSINESS SOLUTIONS GROUP
Terms of Service & Payment Policy
1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms govern purchases and engagements with Relevant Business Solutions Group (RBSG) through its website, payment links, proposals, invoices, and agreements. By purchasing a service or accepting these Terms, a client agrees to the applicable service description and terms. A separately signed engagement agreement controls specific conflicting provisions, subject to applicable law. Nonwaivable legal rights remain unaffected.
2. Scope of Professional Services
Business Advantage™ includes business assessments, strategy, operations and advisory. Digital Advantage™ includes website design, development and digital implementation. Private Structure Advantage™ includes trust education, readiness and administrative coordination. Legacy Advantage™ includes legacy education, succession and family continuity coordination. Only deliverables expressly stated in an accepted proposal or statement of work are included.
3. Professional Advisory Services and Scope of Practice
RBSG provides professional business consulting, strategic advisory, organizational development, business planning, document preparation, educational services, and administrative coordination through its advisors and professional team. Our advisors may work directly with clients to assess objectives, develop strategies, prepare business plans and appropriate business or administrative documents, and coordinate implementation within the scope of the engagement. RBSG is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation or services reserved by law to licensed professionals. When a matter requires specialized licensure or legal representation, RBSG arranges appropriate professional involvement as needed and in accordance with applicable law; such involvement is not a general prerequisite for RBSG consulting, planning, educational, or administrative services. RBSG does not guarantee particular business, financial, tax, asset-protection, probate, or legal outcomes.
4. Engagement and Project Authorization
Services are defined by the purchased description, proposal, statement of work or written agreement. Changes beyond the accepted scope require written authorization and may involve additional fees. RBSG may assign appropriately qualified team members and coordinate additional professional support when the nature of an engagement requires it, and may decline requests outside its professional or legal scope.
5. Fees, Deposits and Billing
Published and quoted fees apply to the stated scope. Some consultations and assessments require full advance payment. Project deposits, including 50% deposits when specified, are credited toward the agreed project price. Remaining balances follow the accepted milestone or invoice schedule. RBSG may pause work for overdue balances to the extent lawful. Applicable taxes, domains, hosting, software, filing costs and independent professional fees are additional unless expressly included.
6. Recurring Services
Recurring advisory services are billed at the frequency and amount disclosed at enrollment. Renewal, cancellation and automatic payment authorizations are subject to the written agreement and applicable law.
7. Payment Processors and Financing
Stripe and other authorized processors may accept cards, wallets and eligible Buy Now, Pay Later options. Financing approval and installment obligations are governed by the financing provider’s separate agreement; RBSG is not the lender. Approved refunds are processed through the applicable payment channel, subject to provider timelines and rules.
8. Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients must request cancellation or rescheduling at least 48 hours before a scheduled appointment by the designated scheduling channel or info@relevantbizgroup.com. A late cancellation or no-show charge applies only when clearly disclosed and agreed to in advance and lawful. If RBSG cannot deliver a purchased service, it will offer appropriate rescheduling or the remedy required by law or agreement.
9. Refund Policy
Fees attributable to professional services already commenced or performed are generally nonrefundable, subject to applicable law and written agreement. Payment alone does not mean all fees have been earned. Before work begins, refunds consider any lawful, previously disclosed reservation charges and authorized nonrecoverable expenses. After work begins, documented completed work is generally earned. For partial projects, earned work, authorized expenses and unearned prepaid balances are reconciled under the agreement and law.
10. Website and Coordination Projects
Website discovery, planning, design, coding, content integration, testing and deployment may constitute earned work. A change of preference does not automatically entitle the client to a refund for completed work. Trust and legacy educational sessions and administrative coordination are treated similarly; independently retained attorneys and other professionals govern their own charges.
11. Refund Requests
Send written requests to info@relevantbizgroup.com with client name, service, transaction date and explanation. RBSG ordinarily aims to provide a written determination within ten business days after sufficient information is received. Approved refunds generally return to the original payment method. Nothing limits nonwaivable statutory cancellation, refund or chargeback rights.
12. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, requested documents, approvals, authorized content and reasonable cooperation. Clients are responsible for obtaining appropriate independent legal, accounting, tax or financial advice. Client delays may extend estimated project timelines.
13. Timelines and Revisions
Delivery estimates depend on payment, intake completion, client responsiveness, scope and third-party availability. Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, timelines are estimates. The Business Clarity & Strategic Assessment currently anticipates a findings summary and recommendations within approximately five business days after completed intake. Revisions beyond an agreed allowance require prior authorization and may be billed separately.
14. Intellectual Property
RBSG retains preexisting methodologies, frameworks, templates, tools and processes. Ownership or licensing of commissioned deliverables, source code, third-party materials and website assets is governed by the applicable engagement agreement, ordinarily subject to full payment.
15. Confidentiality and Information
RBSG will use reasonable safeguards for nonpublic client information and may share information with authorized contractors and independent professionals as needed for the engagement or as required by law. Clients should avoid unsecured transmission of passwords, financial credentials and sensitive legal documents. The separate Privacy Policy addresses personal information practices.
16. No Guarantee of Outcomes
RBSG does not guarantee business profitability, revenue, financing approval, grants, contracts, legal enforceability, tax savings, creditor protection, probate avoidance, website traffic, conversions or rankings. Clients retain responsibility for final decisions.
17. Liability and Disputes
To the extent permitted by law, RBSG proposes limiting aggregate contractual liability for an engagement to fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim and excluding indirect or consequential damages. These limits do not waive liability that cannot legally be limited. Parties should first attempt good-faith written resolution. Texas is the proposed governing law, subject to applicable choice-of-law rules and nonwaivable protections. No mandatory arbitration is imposed by these Terms.
18. Termination and Updates
Either party may terminate as allowed by the written agreement and law. At termination, completed work, earned fees, authorized expenses, balances and any unearned prepaid funds will be reconciled. Updated Terms may be posted prospectively; material changes do not automatically alter existing agreed engagements.
